The RAD theme is incredibly elegant and user friendly. I had a question about the site's layout and reached out to the theme creator (Radikal) and their team went above and beyond to help me. Someone reached out to me straight away and provided detailed instructions, a video tutorial, and even followed up to see if I needed anything else. Couldn't ask for more :)
