Softali

Love the theme, very customizable, very modern, fast support. Thank you Iren for your time and support!

I’m very happy with this theme. The design is clean, professional, and well thought out, with many useful features that make the store look polished and modern. The support has also been excellent. Olivia was extremely helpful, patient, and clear with her explanations. Even when I had several questions, she always replied in a kind and professional way, which made the setup process much easier.

Don't buy this theme! Support is a joke, open for weeks with zero intent to help. The mobile menu is broken: it randomly hides subitems, making users think categories are empty so they leave. Terrible user experience! They just play ticket ping-pong, asking obvious questions, claiming they can't see screenshots, or website. Developers who don't care. Avoid!

I purchased this theme and overall it works very well. It’s clean, easy to use, and quite flexible. The layout is practical and most features run smoothly. Once everything is set up properly, it becomes a very useful and functional theme for building an online store.

Very nice theme, pretty attractive and good support
