Fixes and other improvements

Improved the 'Tab information' block within the product section.
Fixed numbers cannot be displayed correctly in the Counters section. This issue only occurs in the theme editor, not on the live frontend, and is caused by changes made in the theme editor.

Lute 3.2.0 adds conditional settings, badge & price customizations, a blur animation, and reorganizes sections for better navigation.

Added support for conditional settings: settings now automatically show or hide based on the value of another setting, reducing visual clutter and improving usability and discoverability in the theme editor.
Added percent and fixed-amount support for the product card's "on sale" badge.
Added options to show or hide product card badges, including the sold out badge, on sale badge, and custom badge.
Added options for setting the color of product card badges, including the sold out badge, on sale badge, and custom badge.
Added a discount tag option for the price block on the product page; can now show discounts as a percentage or fixed amount.
Added a new ‘Blur’ image loading animation, configurable via ‘Theme settings → Animations’.
