Summit

Luxe Version 16.0.0 provides a range of new features, refinements and improvements. It also includes an additional preset to choose from – Summit. We recommend that all Luxe stores update to the latest version to benefit from the latest features, especially for stores running on older pre 2026 versions (Version 12 or below). Added

• Additional preset: Summit. A preset designed for sport or outdoor brands, this preset combines minimal typography and modern color schemes with cinematic imagery.
• Footer social media block: Optional text can now be added above the social media links/icons. This can be used for contact information or othr relevant text grouped with social media.
• Collection list: Added a setting for list vertical spacing.
• Media gallery section: Added an additional layout option; Motion Stream. This new layout setting creates an autoplaying animated stream of images across the page, and includes various settings to allow the creation of interesting collage style layouts.
• Product template: Added a setting to control text top padding on mobile, allowing additional vertical space between media gallery and text if required.
• Product template: Added a setting to set a left/right margin in the gallery modal view, if preferred.
• Article template: Added a setting to control top/bottom margin on the article title.
• Page template: Added a setting to control bottom margin on the page title.
• Slideshow: Added an optional pause button.
• Image banner: Added new image reveal animation options. Images can now be set to reveal in a visual animation such as grow in, reveal up or fade in.

Changed

• The footer logo block now displays a placeholder if no logo image is added (whereas previously the block would be hidden). When updating to this version, check your footer to ensure you do not have a placeholder logo displaying unintentionally.
• We have adjusted how vertical padding works on the Product template Buy Buttons. When updating, check this component to refine padding settings if more or less vertical space is preferred.

Added

• Global color settings: Added a 6th foreground and background color to allow a wider range of brand colors.
• Countdown Timers: We have added a dedicated Countdown Timer section which includes a range of display and configuration options. Furthermore, countdown timer can now be added as a block into an Image Banner or Video Banner, and on the Product Information section.
• Tabbed Content section: Added new settings for choice of font, text vertical padding and text maximum width. Each of these new settings combines to give more design control over the display of content within this section.
• Footer Information Bar: We've added more icons to choose from (whilst keeping the option to add your own). Also added a 'Medium' setting for icon size.
• Media Gallery section: We've added new settings to give more creative design options. The heading can now be set to sticky, allowing images to scroll in front or behind it for a pleasant overlap effect.
• Collection List section: We've added a setting for list horizontal position separate from the existing text alignment setting. This new setting allows for more design and layout options. Please check any existing Collection List sections on your store to check and adjust the position according to your preference. We have also added additional image size and list width options. The intention of this update is to give more overall design flexibility within this section.
• Content Cards section: Added a setting to control the hover effect.
• Slideshow: Added a setting for arrows to be visible only when hovering within the section. Hiding arrows before hover can give a cleaner visual look.
• Product template combined title and price: The price can now be positioned inline with the product title.
• Product template brand block: Added a choice of font family.
• Product template SKU block: Added the option of including a label.
• Product template information tabs block: Added a setting for tab font size.
• Product template pop-up block: Added additional icon choices.
• Rich Text section: Added a Blockquote block designed specifically for stylish block quotes. A number of visual design settings are included, allowing for creative typography.
• Rich Text section: Added the option of including an image and/or secondary text to a caption. Combining an image with a caption is perfect for an editorial style sign-off.
• Rich Text section: Added a Horizontal Line block.

Changed

• Countdown Timer: The countdown timer block within the Rich Text section has been changed. Any existing live countdowns using this section will need re-configuring.

• Collection Lookbook: Improved image scaling on desktop.
• Image with Text section: Improved vertical spacing of buttons when an underline link is added, or is combined with a solid or outline.
• Footer icons block: Added a setting to control horizontal spacing between icons.

• Slideshow: Added a new setting for pagination width. This can now be set to 'normal', 'wide' or 'full width'. This new setting only applies to 'Line' style pagination. Chooce the wider options to create a slightly different aesthetic or to make pagination stand out more.
• Breadcrumb: Added a new option for the link divider style; chevron. Furthermore, a Breadcrumb section can now be added to the page template, if required.

• Banners: Image banners, video banners and slideshows set to fullscreen height now re-size to "small viewport height" on mobile devices, ensuring that text and buttons are not obscured behind the browser toolbar depending on the user's device setting.
• Breadcrumb section: The breadcrumb will now display even with missing metafield data if the setting 'Include homepage link' is turned on.

Removed

• Article template: We have removed the option to display an author bio or link, as these data fields have been deprecated by Shopify.

Luxe Version 15.0.1 provides some minor visual improvements to the dropdown menu, product page, collection page and customer login pages.

Added

• Collection product grid: Media cards can now be inserted after the last product. For example, if the card position setting is set to a value higher than the total number of products within the collection, the media card will now display after the last product.

Fixes and other improvements

• Header: Visual fix to desktop dropdown menu, affecting underline active state on last menu item, when menu is positioned on the left.
• RTL layout on product page: Fixed layout on variant selector and variant drawer, when a variant limit is set.
• Customer order page: Minor layout refinements.
