I don’t know why all of my customers saying that my products shows sold out but its not, I fixed everything and I don’t know whats the issue
I feel so helpless... Product titles and descriptions look fairly normal on desktop, but why are they absurdly large on mobile? As a merchant, I can't even be bothered to scroll down. The oversized fonts ruin the page appearance, and there's simply no way to adjust them — I can't even fix this with AI tools. Can Rise stop locking the template settings so tightly? It's impossible to make any change …
Hello. Is it possible to add a sidebar with the last 20 posts list on the blog main page, and also on the each article main page?
Since the February 2025 theme update, product images appear foggy/blurry across all pages. Can you help fix the image rendering issue?
Folks - on the PRODUCT page. I need the actual BUY ME part to be above the pictures and shit on MOBILE. I've tried all the settings. Today I had an actual customer tell me - in person - that they almost didn't buy because they had to scroll down. COME ON, we know mobile purchase must be zero delay. The instructions are useless. Please advise or CORRECT.
This is okay, but there is a big problem. The resolution of the photos on the PDP is low. Compare this side by side with the theme Horizon or Savor. There the images are simply sharper. Right now there is no reason to use this theme instead of the other ones.
