Stiletto v6.3.0 adds toggleable mobile sliders to the "Featured collection slider" section, and fixes a small bug along the way.

Stiletto v6.2.0 brings the highly-requested "Promotion tile" block to the Collection's product grid, greater flexibility to the "Featured collection grid" section, support for B2B quantity rules, and several minor bug fixes.

• Improved the purchase flow for users navigating by keyboard. Now, the theme will always choose to use the quick cart in this scenario, leading to a faster experience with better focus handling.

• Extended favicon support for larger standard sizes (up to 48px) and iOS icon sizes (up to 180px). To take advantage of this size increase, please ensure the Theme settings > Favicon image is at least 180px.
• Fixed the pickup message in the Availability drawer missing a comma and space.
• Fixed various JavaScript errors that occurred when the Header is hidden.

Stiletto 6.0.1 mitigates a known Shopify issue which causes a color scheme error.

Stiletto 6.0 is our biggest visual update yet. Rather than a handful of one-off settings, it's a coordinated refresh that hands you control over the whole look of your store, while keeping the simple setup Stiletto is known for. The big features:

• One color system for the whole store. Build a Shopify color scheme once and reuse it anywhere, with more elements you can color than before.
• Typography and corners, theme-wide. Font styling and a new corner rounding system reach far more of the theme, not just a few spots, so your brand feels consistent everywhere.
• Layout you can fine-tune. Set widths, spacing, dividers, and slider controls section by section.
• A stronger product page. Choose your "Add to cart" button style, give the sticky cart its own look, and present product media more flexibly.
• Three new sections. Shoppable hero, Scrolling text banner, and Discount code bar.

A refresh this broad affects a lot of existing settings, and several were changed or replaced along the way. Bullets marked “Important:” include a short "After updating" note so you know exactly what to check. A quick pass through those usually sorts everything out.

Changed

• Important: Replaced the section padding on/off selector with dedicated settings that control the exact padding amount.
  • After updating, set the padding amount on any sections that used the old setting.
• Important: Updated color settings under Theme settings > Colors to use color schemes, and added the option to apply color schemes to sections.
  • After updating, edit your color schemes and apply to your sections as needed.
• Important: Updated heading, subheading, and text size controls to offer a wider range of options, so your type hierarchy can stand out the way you want.

• Important: Added or updated a section header alignment setting to control a section's header content.
  • For sections with sliders, this also impacts the placement of the slider navigation buttons (when their placement is set to the section header).
• Important: Replaced the Contact form section's "Alignment" setting with the new standard section header alignment, and added an alignment setting to its Heading and Paragraph blocks.
  • After updating, set the alignment on those blocks.
• Important: Gated the Multi-column section's "Apply circle crop to image" setting behind the new "Enable image corner rounding" setting.
  • After updating, turn on "Enable image corner rounding" to keep circle-cropped images.
• Important: Updated the Video section's Play button block to use its own color setting.
  • After updating, set the play button color.
• Updated the Events section to be able to choose the date badge style, rather than being based on whether an image is set.
• Updated the Featured product section to support the "thumbnails" gallery style.
• Updated the Collection banner section to have the option to separately control content alignment depending on whether the image is showing.
• Moved the "Content position" setting of the Shoppable image - editorial section up to the "Content" section.
• Moved the swatch settings from "Theme settings > Product" to their own group under "Theme settings > Swatches".
• Updated the "Width" setting of the Grid section's "Item" block to have an option for 75%.
• Increased the duration range for the "Scrolling" animation of the Scrolling content section to 100 seconds.

Removed

• Removed the "Round" swatch shape option. The original look can be recreated with the new corner rounding settings.
• Removed the Video section's "Buttons" color setting under "Colors," as the Play button block has its own color setting.
• Removed the Countdown banner section's "Subheading tag" setting, as the field above the timer is treated as plain text.

Fixes and other improvements

• Fixed the free shipping bar not updating correctly on the cart page.
• Fixed popups not being scrollable when they are taller than the browser window.
• Fixed popup image layout settings not applying.
• Fixed the age verification "Enter" button not dismissing the popup.
• Fixed the dismiss text button not dismissing the popup.
• Fixed the product template's "Sticky add to cart" bar breaking when there is no footer section. Co-dependence is great in moderation!
• Fixed product images not using Shopify's focal point.
• Improved image processing to precisely crop images when using Shopify's focal points and the chosen aspect ratio.
• Ensured the header navigation "limiter" stays hidden until it’s actually needed.
• Added a "not-allowed" cursor in the theme editor for buttons that are missing a required link, so issues are easier to spot.
