We purchased the Haven Shopify theme and had Kelsey from Hex Switch Family customise a few things for us. The theme itself is great, very easy to navigate and has most of the settings we needed. Kelsey was happy to add the customisations we wanted and got them done really promptly. Highly recommend!

Clean, well-designed theme with an intuitive UI that’s easy to work with. Handles dynamic data and metafields really well, making flexible layouts much easier to build. Great balance between customisation and simplicity. Kelsey, the developer, has been excellent, quick to respond and very helpful with code changes. Whether you’re working with complex data or keeping things simple, it just works.

I couldn’t be happier with this Shopify theme! It’s incredibly easy to use and very intuitive, even for someone who isn’t a tech expert. Everything works smoothly. Hands down one of the best themes I've ever worked with out of the 20+ I've been through as a website designer for small brands. Excellent customization options, great sections, a well-thought out layout, and customer service from the developer Kelsey that is superior to any I've ever experienced.
