I installed swatch kings and it break a section in my theme template. I didn't know what to expect from dev support, but they picked up the issue instantly, asked access to my store, and fixed the bug in a matter of minutes. Buying a product is one thing, but guys working in IT know how much good support means behind a product. Thumbs up!
